Mission: To collect, conserve, document, and exhibit the visual art of Wisconsin.
The Museum of Wisconsin Art (MOWA) is a premier art museum dedicated to showcasing the work of Wisconsin artists, both historical and contemporary. Located in West Bend, Wisconsin, MOWA serves as a hub for the state’s art community, highlighting the diverse talents of artists with connections to the state. The museum’s collection spans more than 5,000 works of art, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, photography, and decorative arts, covering Wisconsin’s artistic history from the 19th century to the present.
