Volunteer: Shop until you Drop.Come join our residents on a shopping trip one time a month to our local Walmart , Hobby Lobby, or Dollar store. Volunteers meet at Cedar Community and ride along on the bus to our destination point. They assist residents with shopping 1:1 and help them check out as needed. This does at times require pushing wheelchairs throughout the store. We are looking for volunteers who would like to be on our monthly mailinglist, where they could chose from a wide variety of events to assist our Life Enrichment staff. Such as Game Days, Musical Events, Shopping trips, Happy hours and more! Most events take place in the mornings from 10:00 a.m. - 12noon or afternoons from 2- 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
