Position: Volunteer Driver (Ongoing)
Organization: Interfaith Caregivers of Washington County
Location: West Bend River Shores YMCA

Schedule:

Tuesdays & Fridays 1:00 PM – approximately 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Pick up a vehicle from Interfaith Caregivers Transport clients from their homes to a Parkinson’s exercise class Ensure safe, friendly, and supportive rides Return clients home after class

Route Details:

Client pick-ups: 1:00–1:15 PM Class time: 1:30–2:30 PM Wrap-up: around 3:00 PM

A consistent and reliable volunteer A caring and patient attitude Commitment to an ongoing schedule

Requirements:

Complete an application with Interfaith Caregivers Attend a brief orientation before starting

Help keep Interfaith Caregivers’ vans safe, clean, and ready for older adults in our community! We’re looking for volunteers to clean and sanitize our fleet on a regular schedule, typically on weekends or after hours, depending on van usage, with at least a weekly commitment. Volunteers coordinate with our Transportation Director to ensure every vehicle is comfortable and welcoming for seniors. Perfect for people who love to clean! Equipment is provided, and while an interior/exterior car wash is available at a partner agency during the winter, the focus is on keeping the van interiors clean and ready for our clients.
