Cut-leaf teasel is found in only a few spots within the Kettle Moraine State Forest - Northern Unit. We want to eradicate it before it spreads throughout the Northern Unit. A relatively new invader, Japanese hedge parsley, wants to move into the Zillmer Trail area. Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and sturdy shoes. Bring insect repellant, water bottle, and work gloves. Tools will be provided, but if you have a favorite pair of loppers, bring them along. Meet at the Zillmer Trailhead parking lot located off County Road SS west of County Road G near New Prospect.
