Inquiring volunteers must have a BIG heart and an interest in having fun with a new friend. You must be at least 16 years old, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, a telephone, verifiable auto insurance, reside or work in Washington County, and complete all steps of the volunteer enrollment process.
