Volunteer: Ticket (Box Office) Co-ordinator - Stipend Paid Volunteer $100 per Month

Are you incredibly organized and love helping people? Love Solving Predictable Problems? Love Answering Questions? We have a fun customer service role for you. We need your friendly voice on the phone. Your great customer service in our lobby We pay year-round, yet you are probably working about ONE or THREE HOURS per month!! Some months, you may not work at all, others you’ll be super busy. 

Who are you? A retired person, a stay at home parent, a college student. ·      Computer Savvy ·      Have your own computer (not just a phone) with a printer. ·      Know how to enter customer information for inbound orders. ·      Able to pass a background check. ·      Have a friendly voice on the phone, with courteous demeanor. ·      Willing to say “I’ll find out” if you are unsure of the answer. ·      Have attended or participated in live theater. ·      Know how to use either Excel or Google Sheets to print out reports. ·      Intuitive - Can spot trends, Suggest Ticket Sales Ideas. ·      Willing to Create Premium Seating “Tags” for seating ·      Willing to print reports during performance periods. We will train you on our ticketing software to provide customer service, answer questions, and support consumers as they prepare to attend our live, local West Bend Theater Company performances. 

We need someone willing to provide exceptional customer service, in a friendly, positive manner. Calls are busiest in November and December. Part of this job Includes printing reports, or providing a simple summary of ticket sales to management, handling community sponsors, and assisting with ticket voucher redemption. Again, we will train you on our software and how to do the job.

Stage managers make sure that the actors, the props, the supplies and the people are all where they need to be, when they need to be there. Having a touch of OCD might prove to be useful after all! We need you to be part of the team beginning April 10. You are the GLUE that holds the show together.
