The Aurora Health at Home Hospice provides health care solutions that enable people to remain independent within their communities.
What We Do
The Aurora Health at Home Hospice provides specialized care for the patient with a limited life expectancy. Quality of life, symptom management and control as well as emotional and spiritual balance for everyone involved in the care of the patient is our objective. We provide innovative, individualized, integrated, high quality home care.
