The CA Respite Group is designed to provide monthly respite for families/parents to enjoy time for themselves; a dinner out, time for errands, rest, etc.
In addition to the adult staff, youth volunteers are matched with the students throughout the event. Being matched allows the students more social interaction at the event and provides an opportunity for the youth to learn from each other and build relationships.
Volunteers will be matched with a youth with disabilities or a sibling. Volunteers must be interested in having fun, getting to know someone new and being a positive role model.
Where: Silverbrook Intermediate School
Silverbrook Dr, West Bend (Come in the back doors off of 15th St)
Time: Volunteers arrive at 3:30
Volunteers will be done at 7:00
Includes pizza dinner from Little Caesar's
