What the Kettle Moraine Symphony Does:
The Kettle Moraine Symphony puts on 4-5 classical music concerts a season in the Southern
Kettle Moraine Area (West Bend, Jackson, Slinger). Season typically run from September-May.
Each concert entails contracting ~60-70 specifically skilled musicians, renting a facility,
advertising for the concert, and staffing the event.
Front-of-House Manager: Coordinates volunteers for Front-of-House activities on Concert days
Acts as the main face of the organization during events
Coordinates event staffing for 1) ticket taking 2) ushering 3) day of issues
Has ready for concert day 1) method of digital payment 2) change for cash payments
Brings list of online ticket sales to front-of-house team
Carries the box with 1) event signage 2) extra tape/paper/markers/etc
Time spent:2-5 hours in advance of each concert, 2 hours night before concert, 5 hours
day of concert
