What the Kettle Moraine Symphony Does:
The Kettle Moraine Symphony puts on 4-5 classical music concerts a season in the Southern
Kettle Moraine Area (West Bend, Jackson, Slinger). Season typically run from September-May.
Each concert entails contracting ~60-70 specifically skilled musicians, renting a facility,
advertising for the concert, and staffing the event.
Marketing Distributor: Distributes the Marketing during the concert cycle
List concert events on applicable web-portals (West Bend Chamber, Hub, etc…)
Pair the Artistic and written content into Mailerlite email format, and social media
posts.
Schedule email blasts and social posts
Create social medial events and engage with pushing on social the concerts
Submit articles to newspapers for publishing
Time spent: Up to 10 hours/concert, spread out in the 4 weeks leading up to each
concert.
