Do you have a dramatic flair? Is Halloween your favorite holiday? Are you a great storyteller? This may be the volunteer opportunity for you!
The Youth and Family Project is hosting their second annual Halloween fundraiser on October 25th: Nightmares Around Elm Street! At this event we will host 3 walking tours of haunted locales around West Bend. Tour guides will be provided a script of scary stories, a route map, and an assistant to help keep tour participants together. Tour guides are encouraged to wear a Halloween costume or outfit, but be sure to pick a costume that allows your voice to be heard while outdoors!
Tours will begin at Youth and Family Project at 630 Elm Street and the tour should take about 60-75 minutes. There will be cocoa and other goodies for sale at YFP. Tours will begin at 7:30 PM, 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM.

- Being a Main Tour Guide (dramatically read the script and create a spooky atmosphere for participants)
- Tour Guide Assistant (may read a portion of the script, walk at the end of the group to ensure everyone stays together and crosses roads safely)
- Jump Scares (we hope to have a few spooky jump scares on the walk or spooky figures lingering on the route)
