Check in area- Check in our guests at arrival and distribute their butterflies and tickets to them.
Time: 9:15 a.m. - 12:00 noon or 12noon - 1:00 p.m.
Golf Cart Drivers - Transport guests and residents to and from the parking lots. (Must be willing to learn how to drive our golf carts in advance.
Times: 9:45 -11:30 a..m or 11:30 -1:00 p..m.
Parking Director - Direct traffic into parking lot
Time: 9:45 -11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m - 12:30 p.m.
Butterfly Boutique - Help sell butterfly gift items . Able to count money and bag items. This is a sit down job
Times: 9:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1130 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Food Stand - Help serve food
Time: 9:45 a.m. - 11:30 a..m. or 11:30 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
Memory Board- Assist our guests with placing cutout butterflies on the memory board with their memories written on them. Simple Job.
Times: 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 11:30 a..m. - 1:00 p.m.
