Join us for a trail improvement evening at the Polk Kames section of the Ice Age Trail in Slinger.
The focus of work for this area will be to clear the trail corridor by pruning back woody plants, and add swales to control water and prevent erosion.
All tools and training will be provided.
Please bring/wear: Leather work gloves, work/hiking boots, long pants and sleeves, water bottle, bug spray, sun screen.

Directions: The Polk Kames Ice Age Trail parking lot is on HwyNN/Arther Rd in Slinger. 1/2 mile East of Hwy 144. Watch for yellow "EVENT" signs.
