Want to volunteer at a fun social event supporting a local non-profit organization? Chix 4 a Cause is looking for 6 adults to volunteer at our Check-In area for the Downtown West Bend Bier Walk.
Two volunteers would walk through the lines, check identification cards and put on wristbands. The remaining four volunteers will check in our attendees; this will be checking the list of pre-registered attendees and indicating arrival. Volunteers will hand out lanyards and other items to the guests. We will have VIP check-in beginning at 1:30 pm and General Admission at 2:30 pm.
We need two volunteers to stay until the end of the event (6:30pm) to collect lanyards and raffle tickets. The other four volunteers can leave at 4:30 pm, once all registered attendees have been checked in.
Day-of ticket sales will be available for any tickets left. Volunteers can begin selling day-of General Admission tickets at 1:30 pm using tablets that Chix 4 a Cause will provide.
We ask volunteers to arrive by 1 pm at The Bend, 125 N. Main St. West Bend, WI.
