Breakfast of Champions - Orientation & Training

Overview:
We've discussed volunteer recruitment, but once they are in the door, the work has only just begun.  Volunteers need to be received like guests and shown around the organization.  If the coast looks dark and unwelcoming, the new recruit might turn around and walk right back out that door.  This session will provide tools to help you develop or enhance your orientation and training procedures to ensure your volunteers stick around for a long time.
