Camp Super Hero is summer day camp designed to incorporate service-learning experiences for students throughout Washington County. The Volunteer Center works every day to create a community where every person discovers their power to make a difference. We truly believe that the earlier in life you empower a child, the more passionate, giving, and community-focused that child becomes.
Heroes will:
- Develop empathy and feel socially responsible
- Make a positive difference in the lives of others, their community and environment, and themselves
- Gain critical thinking skills
- Develop leadership skills that will serve them and the community for a lifetime!
Teen Week - $155
9th-12th grade | July 11 - 15, 2016
(teens will be asked to return to serve as leaders for Youth Week)
Youth Week - $105
5th-8th grade - July 25 - 29, 2016
*All participants will receive lunch, snacks, a T-shirt and a drawstring backpack.
