Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled volunteer with expertise in Microsoft Access Databases to assist our team in managing and maintaining custom databases. These databases are vital tools that help us collect, track, and evaluate client and outcome data, ensuring we can measure our impact and continue improving services for the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update existing Access databases to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving database issues.
- Support staff with reporting, data entry processes, and custom queries.
- Provide recommendations for improvements or enhancements to database systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility for program evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including forms, queries, reports, and relational database design.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with database management and data analysis preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, user-friendly terms.
- Commitment to confidentiality and respect for sensitive client data.
Time Commitment
Flexible. We are happy to work with your schedule and availability. Most tasks can be completed remotely, with occasional check-ins with staff.
