The Youth and Family Project, in collaboration with Casa Guadalupe, will be hosting Nightmares Around Elm Street, a Halloween party and haunted walking tour around downtown West Bend on Friday, October 31st!
To make this a successful event, we're looking for volunteers to:
- Help decorate the agency to make it fit our spooky Halloween theme
- Sell concessions, walking tour tickets, sage bundles, and other on-theme goodies
- Keep attendees nice and cozy by tending the firepit outside
- Lead or co-lead the haunted walking tour (designated route and script provided in advance)
- Sell raffle tickets for our awesome fall/spooky themed raffle baskets
- Greet attendees and share information about all available opportunities at the event
- Hide around the designated route and jump out at participants to get their heart rate going
Start times will vary depending on the task you're interested in doing. For more details about shift times or to claim a specific task, please sign up using this Signup Genius link. A confirmation email will be sent to all volunteers prior to the event with further information.
Child Protection Policy: The Youth and Family Project, Inc. provides many services to vulnerable populations and recognizes that anyone may have the potential to abuse children in some way. The Youth and Family Project will take all reasonable steps to ensure unsuitable people are prevented from working with children. Prior to volunteer work, all prospective volunteers must complete an application form.
