Clean Up Volunteers play an important role in wrapping up the Adrenaline Race by helping pack equipment, organize supplies, and restore the event site after the last runners have crossed the finish line.
Your efforts ensure everything is safely stored and ready for next year's race.
Volunteer Details Date: September 20, 2026 Time: 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. CDT
Location: 705 Village Greenway, West Bend, WI 53095
Responsibilities:
- Check in at the Start/Finish Line to receive your volunteer assignment and lanyard.
Assist with packing the U-Haul with race equipment and supplies, including:
- Food tent supplies and distributing any leftover food
- Medical supplies
- Extra race shirts and finisher medals
- Flags, banners, and signage
- Garbage, recycling, and general event supplies
- Help clean the event grounds and ensure the race site is left in excellent condition.
- If available, assist with unloading supplies at Elevate's Jackson office after the U-Haul is returned (optional but appreciated).
Cleanup Volunteers are essential to the success of the Adrenaline Race. Whether you can stay for the entire shift or help with part of the cleanup, your support allows our staff and volunteers to wrap up a successful event safely and efficiently.
