Elevate is at the forefront of guiding and empowering individuals, families and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges. This includes alcohol and drug abuse prevention education in schools, early intervention services to help children and adults get back on track, support groups for families navigating their loved one’s addiction and mental health crisis stabilization residences. We are a resource for residents in Washington, Waukesha, Sheboygan and Dodge counties.
