Set Up Volunteers are the behind-the-scenes team that transforms the race venue into a welcoming, organized, and exciting event.
If you're comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving equipment, we'd love to have your help.
Volunteer Details
Date: September 20, 2026 Time: 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. CDT (Most setup is completed by approximately 8:00 a.m.) Location: 705 Village Greenway, West Bend, WI 53095
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lifting, moving, and setting up race equipment and supplies.
Help set up:
- Food tent Finish line area
- Medical tent supplies
- Medal display
- Race course and directional signage
- Sponsor signage and promotional displays Flags and other race décor
- Follow the setup guides provided at the Start/Finish Line to ensure everything is ready before the race begins.
- Check in with the race coordinator upon arrival to receive your assignment and help keep setup running smoothly.
This position is ideal for volunteers who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team. Your early morning efforts ensure every runner, spectator, sponsor, and volunteer has an incredible race-day experience.
