Help fuel our runners after they cross the finish line! Food Tent Volunteers provide refreshments, encouragement, and a warm welcome to participants as they celebrate their accomplishment. Your friendly smile and support help create a memorable finish-line experience for every runner.
Volunteer Details Date: September 20, 2026
Time: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CDT
Location: Food Tent at the Start/Finish Line, 705 Village Greenway, West Bend, WI 53095
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up the Food Tent before runners begin finishing.
- Distribute post-race refreshments, including snacks, fruit, bottled water, and chocolate milk to participants.
- Keep food and beverage tables stocked and organized throughout the event.
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming area by monitoring trash and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Greet and congratulate runners as they finish, creating a positive and celebratory atmosphere.
- Assist with light cleanup and organization of the Food Tent at the end of the shift.
