Give a few hours of your time so income eligible families can receive free school supplies to start the school year out right.

Tuesday, August 18th
Boys and Girls Clubs of Hartford and West Bend
Set up: 1p.m. - 3p.m.
Fair: 3p.m. - 6p.m.
Volunteer for either Set-up or the Fair, or both!
Duties include:
- Set up "shopping" sites at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hartford and West Bend with the school supplies collected from the STUFF THE BUS initiative.
- Check-in families who are registered to recieve free school supplies.
- Escort families through the shopping process
- Serve ice cream treats to attendees!
- Pack up any leftover school suppliesm, clean up.
