General: Work with program assistant to complete collating, folding of letters and materials for mailing, copying, envelope stuffing, label preparation, counting materials for inventory, distribution of materials, laminating materials and other office duties.
Clerical: Enter data and information with accuracy into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Publisher. Create and print name tags and labels when given a template. Transcribe and tabulate program evaluations as well as other computer related duties. General office machine knowledge.
Manual dexterity, the ability to count materials, to work independently, be flexible, dependable, and work as a member of a team, is important. Microsoft Office experience is necessary to perform clerical tasks. A background check with be conducted
