Volunteer to serve community seniors through Interfaith Caregivers. Our mission is "To connect seniors with caring volunteers to help them remain independent."
Volunteers help us in so many ways, including the following:
- transportation to medical appointments
- grocery shopping
- companionship visits or calls
- canine companionship
- light yard work (mowing, raking, etc.)
- snow shoveling
- monthly Kindness Crew
- MORE
Volunteer Perks:
- YOU select the services you would like to volunteer
- No time commitments
- Individual, group, or "Kindness Crew" options
- Monthly Percolate- Free coffee and donuts every month and camaraderie with other volunteers and staff
- Opportunities all throughout Washington County
How to get started:
- Fill out and submit a volunteer application on our website (or call and we can mail you one)
- Once submitted our office will call you to schedule a short orientation
