
Many volunteers are needed to make this event successful. Volunteers are needed for the following tasks:
1. Greeter/Check In - welcome guests, register guests at the door, direct guests to different areas of the event.
2. Silent Auction & Raffle Managers - be available to guests if they have questions on items, and encourage bidding. Also responsible for selecting winners of both raffle & auction and posting winners.
3. Servers - serve guests food, dispense beverages
4. Grounds Clean Up - gather all trash and recycling, break down tables and chairs and put away,
5. Building Clean Up - wash and put away all dishes, package left overs, clean floors and tables used for prep
Time & shifts will vary, but volunteers are needed from approximately 2pm until 9:30pm. All volunteers will receive complimentary admission to the event. Contact us today to learn more!
